So sorry but I made a little mistake in the method for the charred spring onion rice - while do you need to chop up the spring onions after charring, you’re going to want to leave the ginger pieces whole then discard before serving 😊
I made the sticky miso chicken last night and it was FABULOUS! Every part- the chicken, the rice, down to the teriyaki sauce- was soooo yummy. Definitely adding this recipe to my regular rotation. Thank you!
