Cooked this today and it’s a flavour bomb. I used brown basmati rice and just as good. The sauce topping really adds zing and complexity. Will definitely make again 👍👍
Made this today and it was incredible. So full of amazing flavours and Szechuan heat. I used sesame oil to brush over the chicken and for drizzling over afterwards. 10/10!
